Job Your role Have you successfully planned, organized and controlled all test activities Do you have the know-how for achieving the defined test goals and implementing the testing Do you want to be our test expert, making sure our application and technical environments meet the requirements and help our projects succeed Do you love learning Is Agile your way of life We\'re looking for Tech Software Engineer in Test to: . test and deliver critical components as well as drive the test automation of the \'Be A Client\' stream . design, build and maintain an automation framework for testing the department\'s systems globally . manage, monitor and improve the infrastructure . develop custom tools and integrate with existing tools to increase engineering productivity . define the automation book of work, collaborating with the team to deliver efficiencies and productivity improvements via test automation . liaise with multiple stakeholders at all levels across the bank including international locations . comply with test strategy, testing standards, templates, and test plans Join us At UBS, we embrace flexible ways of working when the role permits. Your expertise development or Engineering Background . strong Test Automation skills . A good knowledge of test-driven development approaches such as BDD to support continuous delivery. . Take ownership and responsibility for the design and development of all aspects of automated testing along with creation, execution and maintenance of automated scripts . Analyze, design and build automated test cases based on acceptance criteria captured in user stories. . proficiency in Programming Languages . sufficient Knowledge of Automation Tools . clearly Understanding Business Requirements . well Versed with Test Management Tools . Collaborating with development teams to develop quality products working closely together to understand the functionality and devise acceptance tests at an appropriate test level, prioritizing both speed and quality to support continuous delivery. . expertise with Agile, DevOps Methodologies & Continuous Delivery . previously held a testing role, for ideally minimum of five years within the finance sector . proven delivery of performing functional testing to assess for accuracy, suitability, interoperability, functionality and accessibility and non-functional testing to assess for security, reliability, efficiency, reliability, maintainability and portability . able to perform regression testing for project, product and PRV (Production Readiness Verification)
