It's You & Western Digital. Together, we're the next BIG thing in data.:Primarily managing enterprise storage systems in global data centers and business offices. Storage disciplines should focus on Dell PowerMax, Dell Unity, Dell Isilon, NetApp Cluster mode, Dell ECS, Nasuni Cloud Appliance as well as Brocade Fabric and Backups (NetBackup primarily). Must have working knowledge Linux systems, Windows & VMWare. Working knowledge for the functions of - Network and Infrastructure Security, Capacity Planning, Performance Management, High Availability and Disaster Recovery, Maintenance are all required. The candidate will collaboratively work within a high performing team within a globally dispersed organization. Prior working experience in a global role is deserved as well as ability to work and function independently with minimal oversight.Responsibilities:

• Design and Architect cost effective, integrated engineering solutions focused on supporting global storage and data environments.

• Storage exposure and working experience with variety of storage arrays, including Dell/EMC (PowerMax & Unity & Isilon & ECS), NetApp and Object storage.

• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot storage related issues working with cross functional teams.

• Manage SAN Fabric using Brocade Directors switches

• Excellent oral and written skills and ability to interact with senior management, business customers and external storage vendors

• Ability to adjust, sort and distinguish priorities. Handle multiple tasks and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to meet deadlines and commitments in an environment that requires multitasking among multiple concurrent projects while also handling interrupts

• Working knowledge of Symantec NetBackup.

• Working knowledge of VMWare and scripting/automation is a plus.

Key Technical Skills:

• Expert knowledge of NetApp storage hardware and software experience administering in mission-critical, 7x24 production environments

• Expert knowledge Dell PowerMax/Isilon/Unity/ECS hardware and administration experience.

• Strong knowledge of FC, CIFS, NFS, storage monitoring and upgrades of both OS and firmware.

• Experience with ActiveScale Object storage and Nasuni Cloud Appliance is a plus.

• Experience in NetBackup Environment.

• Experience with Brocade Director class switches
