Overall Experience: Minimum of 15+ years in technology sales, with a focus on ServiceNow or similar enterprise service management platforms.
Leadership Collaboration: Proven track record of working with senior leadership to align ServiceNow solutions with the companys vision and revenue targets.
Sales Expertise: At least 5-10 years of technical sales experience specifically in ServiceNow, ITSM, ITOM, or related fields.
Revenue Achievement: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and revenue goals in the technology service management space.
Customer Engagement: Strong skills in engaging with both existing accounts and new prospects to identify, develop, and close sales opportunities.
GTM Strategy: Experience in collaborating with internal teams to develop go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and co-selling initiatives with ServiceNow and other partners.
Team Leadership: Experience in assembling and leading pursuit teams including Pre-Sales engineers, solution architects, marketing, and delivery personnel.
Certification: Minimum of 2+ Sales and/or Pre-Sales Accreditation from ServiceNow.
Technical Skills:
ServiceNow Platform: Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow platform services including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Business Management (ITBM), Customer Services Management (CSM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC), and Security Operations.
Sales and/or Pre-Sales Accreditation from ServiceNow on above modules.
Familiarity with Now Create process
Solution Design: Proficiency in designing and implementing comprehensive ServiceNow solutions, including service catalogs, incident management, problem management, change management, and custom workflow creation. Track record of innovation in solution design, going beyond standard implementations to create unique value propositions for clients.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with scripting and automation within the ServiceNow environment using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub. Familiarity with GenAI
Migration Experience: Experience with migrating processes and data from legacy systems to ServiceNow.
Workshop Facilitation: Ability to conduct workshops for gathering requirements, developing business cases, and crafting tailored ServiceNow solutions. Candidate must demonstrate expertise in elaborating technical discussions and providing thought leadership so as to position us as a trusted advisor to our clients.
