This is an exciting opportunity to join a global recruiting team and partner with leaders to recruit top talent.DISCOVER your opportunityWhat will your essential responsibilities include?\xc2\xb7 Understand the business and talent strategy, consult with business and HR professionals on talent gaps and create and execute an effective and efficient sourcing strategy that delivers the best, most diverse talent to AXA XL.\xc2\xb7 Network with industry professionals, with a specific emphasis on developing relationships with top-tier, diverse talent.\xc2\xb7 Create and execute the end-to-end recruiting process and sourcing strategy that results in better hires, faster, from needs identification to new hires first day. This includes creating and executing the research and effective and efficient sourcing strategy, candidate development, referrals, stakeholder management, offer creation and negotiation.\xc2\xb7 Create a diversity sourcing strategy for the Tech hiring including building effective external partnerships with diverse associations.\xc2\xb7 Provide global sourcing support across business groups, functions, and geographies. Partner with recruiters and other HR professionals to develop robust sourcing strategies and build talent pools for critical roles.\xc2\xb7 Screen, evaluate and qualify candidates, including conducting in-depth candidate interviews to develop a deep understanding of candidate qualifications and competencies.\xc2\xb7 Provide written candidate profiles and search status reports and provide counsel regarding the interview process as well as the assessment and evaluation of candidates.\xc2\xb7 Partner with other HR partners, as appropriate, to ensure that AXA XL can attract the necessary talent for today and tomorrow. This includes Total Rewards, relocation, Employment Law, and Talent Management.\xc2\xb7 Select and manage external search firm vendors, as needed. This includes identifying the best vendor, and fee agreements and managing the firm throughout the entire recruiting process.\xc2\xb7 Provide substantive and competency-based feedback to all unsuccessful candidates.\xc2\xb7 Ensure an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.\xc2\xb7 Positively represent and differentiate the AXA XL employment brand in the talent marketplace.QualificationsSHARE your talentWere looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Required Skills and Abilities:\xc2\xb7 Bachelors degree required.\xc2\xb7 Experience recruiting for global companies and putting together comprehensive recruiting strategies to address diverse talent needs.\xc2\xb7 Experience in global technology recruiting, demonstrates the ability to create sourcing and recruiting strategies that bring in multiple hires quickly.\xc2\xb7 Preferred experience in tech hiring.\xc2\xb7 Relevant years of recent recruiting experience in either a search firm, agency, or corporation.
