Role : Program Manager


About the job: The responsibilities of the program Manager will be -


• Accountability for Successful Delivery for the portfolio - Scope, Schedule, Quality & Risk Management
• Customer engagement : Engage with clients & stakeholders for strategic discussions around the project deliveries.
• Working with Project Managers in Driving -
• Strategic Account Governance - Driving Monthly Status reviews, All Hands meetings, Retrospectives , Value additions to customers. Represent delivery in Customer steer co (SCC) meetings
• Promote and participate in Organizational initiatives for the Portfolio - like DevCon, Cultural alignment, Certifications, Recruitments etc
• Handling Operational/ delivery/ people related escalations with relevant stakeholders
• 1st level of escalation along with customer success and client partners for customers
• People Management -
• People and Capability Development
• Managing Career path, People Management, cross-skilling and handling any people issues.
• Provide effective feedback to the teams for improvements and growth.
• Capability Building & continuous improvements -
• Build domain and Technical capability for the portfolio
• Identify and Innovate new processes for streamline and improve delivery excellence
• Build an innovation culture within and across the teams
• Pre-sales - Work closely with portfolio architects, Customer success teams, Client partners , COE in opportunity ideation in new relevant technology areas
