We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a IT Business Analyst role to:

• gather requirements from various stakeholders across Business, IT and Operations
• create, Review and manage the Product Backlog through engagement with stakeholders
• translate business requirements into technical documentation and work with development team to track delivery and facilitating customer feedback
• work with IT delivery vendor to ensure projects are delivered on time and within assigned budget
• oversee testing and validation of business requirements against the deliverables
• coordinate between onsite and offshore teams to resolve critical issues
• conduct workshops with key stakeholders to discuss and determine key product features to be developed
• collaborate with technologists to drive delivery within an Agile framework
• contribute to reduction of all security and operational risks, in line with policies and standards
• identify opportunities to improve our processes

Your team
You will be part of Group Functions CDIO \xe2\x80\x93 Data Services (Instrument Data) function. The team supports Instrument and EOD Pricing data across divisions and provide Instrument Data services globally. You will play a role in simplification of IT landscape, improvement in our operating model, ensure stability of applications and maintaining focus on EOL infrastructure.

The Data Services team\'s footprint is wide and interfaces into many critical functions of our business. We provide business divisions and control functions with the golden source of reference data. The sourcing, mastering and distribution of the data is being done through a series of centralized data mastering systems and a common provisioning service.

Your expertise

• 10+ years of Instrument Reference data and Pricing domain knowledge
• leading teams within specific instrument domains (Equities, Fixed Income, ETDs or Pricing)
• Demonstrable experience managing IT Projects in financial services
• excellent stakeholder management skills
• highly developed interpersonal skills to work with business domain specialists, IT and functional heads
• proven ability to work with global teams in multiple sites (onsite, offshore, near shore) including Vendor Partners
• strong analytical, problem-solving, risk management and synthesizing skills
• hands on experience in SQL.
• experience in a Kanban/Scrum/Agile delivery model within the Banking segment
• system analysis and data modelling expertise
• ability to learn new technical tools for Data analytics or Cloud skills (Python, Azure is a plus)
• highly motivated and self-driven, able to work independently and ability to challenge status quo
