What you will do:The Digital IT Operations team ensures the availability and high performance of TJXs Ecommerce, Marketing, Customer Service, and Sierra Retail stores, striving to consistently delight our customers. We are looking for a passionate customer and business focused Service Delivery Manager who will drive continuous improvement on behalf of Digitals Stakeholders and end-to-end operational excellence. Join this exciting team and make a global impact.What you will need:The Digital IT Operations Team thrives on strong relationships with our delivery & development partners and working diligently to address their needs which supports TJX growth and operational stability. Youll need to be a good communicator, adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment, and be a leader with a good critical thinker who can both get to the root of a problem and drive resolution.Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in technology or information systems or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in Ecommerce. Marketing, and Retail Operations
  • 3+ years of related IT experience with 2+ years of experience in an IT Service Management related role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • ITIL 4 Foundation, ITIL 4 Managing Professional
  • IT Service Management Tools ServiceNow.
  • Strong communication and influence skills with the ability to effectively collaborate.
  • Solid team leadership with mentorship skills.
  • Ability to understand the work environment and competing priorities in conjunction with developing/meeting project goals.
  • Track record of supporting and solving complex technical issues which span e-commerce applications, networks, and Infrastructure.
  • Shows a positive, open-minded and can-do attitude.
  • Advanced Troubleshooting Capabilities within large enterprise application stacks Network, Infrastructure, Application Server. The ability to break problems down systemically and drive resolution.
Nice to have skills:
  • Experience with Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar APM Tools in troubleshooting
  • Basic understanding of Network Protocols:
  • DNS,HTTP,TCP/IP,POP3,SMTP,SSL/TLS,SSH,TCP/UDP,FTP/SFTP/FTP-SSL
  • Agile/SAFe Methodologies, SDLC Confluence, Jira.
