As we continue to elevate our shopping experience, our India Tech Hub plays a key role in expanding our technology capabilities in Product Systems, Merchandising and Planning, Digital Presence, distribution and logistics, and corporate systems. Our team in India works as an extension of the global team on projects of strategic importance.QUALIFICATIONS,SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors degree in computer science / engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years in IT/Engineering and 4+ years experience as a people manager.
• Industry experience in Retail domain is preferable.
• Experience in leading development in data migration projects, data warehouse projects, building data engineering solutions, reporting and analytics.
• Experience in Agile methodologies is highly valued along with project tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint.
• Knowledge around supply chain like warehouse management, logistics etc.
• Possess strong team management skills with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience making tradeoffs between business needs and technology constraints.
• Understanding of technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the enterprises competitive edge.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism in working collaboratively at all levels of the organization.
• Challenges the status quo, champions change and influences others to change.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills including collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation.

• Database solutions delivery (Oracle, PostgreSQL or any other modern DB is a must)
• Data warehouse solutions delivery (Snowflake, Redshift etc. is a must)
• Data engineering (Design data pipelines using Python, Spark etc. is a must)
• Reporting solutions (PowerBI, Tableau etc. is preferred)
• Analytics solutions delivery to provide insights to business on key KPIs
