This role involves deep technical expertise in Blackline and technical know-how of SAP ERP/HANA along with an understanding of financial reconciliation processes to ensure optimal system performance, reliability, and alignment with business objectives. Expectations from the candidate will be to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, especially finance and invoice to cash, to deliver end-to-end digital financial solutions that support company-wide strategic goals. This role will also be responsible for supporting large-scale and high-visibility global technology transformation initiatives across North America, LATAM, ASPAC, and EMEA regions while driving outcomes that matter in our local markets related to account to report products.Key Responsibilities

• As the Lead of the General Ledger (GL), Account Reconciliations, and supporting A2R ecosystem technologies, Build and prioritize the financial system, capturing the demand from the business.
• Manage SAP S/4 Finance (GL) solutions. This role requires a broad in-depth knowledge of Finance business processes and SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) module, integration with SAP and Non-SAP Systems.
• Lead design and delivery of Blackline Account Reconciliations and supporting A2R ecosystem technologies
• Knowledge of accounting terminology and processes (e.g. month-end close process)
• Understanding the latest technology trends in the account to report and invoice to cash field including Blackline Account Reconciliations to inform technology product roadmap
• Work mostly with finance business team members in design, implement and continuous improvement of the Blackline solution.
• Be an integral part of innovative Blackline projects; roll-out of the Blackline solution to other countries and company codes.

• Driving the selection of solution options in collaboration with business partners
• Prioritizing a backlog, utilizing technical expertise, and understanding of customer needs to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for account to report technology products/platforms

• Defining and tracking technology OKRs

• Knowledge/experience in Accounting, Audits, Financial Services, Software Technology, SaaS industry and/or related experience
• Effectively work with cross-functional teams/stakeholders in an international and fast-moving environment
• Strong will to pursue a problem, identify the source, and propose possible solutions in collaboration with other team members in a timely manner

• Experience in building strong stakeholder relationships and cooperation with a 3rd-party solution providers
• Strong analytical skills, result-oriented paired with highly structured working style and good sense of responsibility, flexibility, and team player
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) and presentation skills
• Excellent teamwork and ability to work in distributed delivery environment
• Elicits, documents, interprets and translates business requirements or high-level requirements to be used for application configuration and testing solutions during implementations.
• Experience preparing Test scenarios and Test cases (test scrips steps) for Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, MBA, CA or another related field
• Deep understanding of Finance business, processes and high-level understanding of high-quality digital product delivery
• 5 years of SAP experience within SAP FICO (3-4 Years), S/4 HANA
• 3 years of Experience in Blackline Consulting
