Tech Lead, Technical Professional Services What does a successful Professional, Technical Professional Services (Implementation Analyst) do?


The Implementation Analyst is responsible for leading successful projects for Fiserv's clients. These implementations are for new clients and existing clients. The analyst engages directly with the client from the project. This is a fast-paced position requiring flexibility and the ability to easily accept and manage change. The analyst must have the ability to listen and understand the client's business challenges and opportunities. This will allow them to provide direction to the clients to achieve their objectives and success. As part of the implementation process, the Implementation Analyst will utilize business analysis techniques, tools, and common templates.

What you will do

• Able to provide production support, Work on mass maintenance support, Audit confirmation requests, Item entry requests, Report command files.
• Monitor transaction processing systems to identify any anomalies, errors, or delays. Proactively address issues to minimize disruptions.
• Forecast transaction volumes and plan system capacity accordingly. Scale resources during peak periods.
• Stay informed about banking regulations, security protocols, and data privacy requirements. Assist clients in adhering to these guidelines.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements (such as anti-money laundering rules) and security protocols. Ensure data privacy and confidentiality.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and new features to provide informed support.
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams or software developers when necessary.
• Strive to deliver excellent customer service, resolve queries promptly, and maintain positive client relationships.

What you will need to have

• A minimum of 6-8 years Project Services, production support or related experience in a financial environment.
• Solid working knowledge of Fiserv products and technologies
• Excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work within a team and across the organization to contribute towards a cooperative effort.
• Works efficiently and effectively without supervision; is self-disciplined and manages time effectively.
• Ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations while providing excellent service.
• Ability to deal with changes in technology/applications that can introduce significant elements of uncertainty and risk.
• Follow lead timings for every project phase for timely and successful completion to build client trust and satisfactions.

What would be great to have

• Graduate or equivalent Degree in any stream. (Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or Business is preferred).
• Ability to gather and analyze user requirements.

Working Hours (IST):

• 17:30-02:30
• Monday through Friday
