If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job Title Tech Lead, Software Development Engineering (XML)What does a successful Tech Lead, Software Development Engineering do?The Business System Analyst will be responsible for addressing Clients queries after performing due research in Signature application. Required to setup Communicator parameters, integration with the front-end application and successful end to end implementation. Managing the Projects effectively by ensuring the successful completion within the given timelines and SLAs with great accuracy. Analyzing the Scope, Managing the Project Documentation, Billing and Reporting with great efficiency. Coordinating with Clients and various stakeholders by keeping them informed with timely updates and keeping the track of the project progress and timelines and milestones. Working with different groups and resources to accomplish the successful implementation as per the project requirement.What you will do:

• Deliver a project as per pre-defined milestones, leading timely completion of all deliverables.
• Work as per the defined project scope and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed and comprehensive project plans and scheduled timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Effectively communicate and manage project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Manage schedule, dependencies, and resource utilization. Own management of stakeholder expectation alignment gaps and/or gaps in meeting client expectations.
• Establish project governance including all stakeholders and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
• Ensure all projects are maintained in the central project portfolio management tool. Maintain the rigor as per the predefined project governance and ensure project reporting is accurate and concise.
• Identify and resolve project risks/issues and potential conflicts within the project team - oversee the implementation of corrective actions and review current mitigation and recovery activities.
• Identify and manage project dependencies.

What you will need to have:

• 6 - 9 years of overall experience including 3 years plus experience in Banking or Financial domain preferably Signature application.
• Knowledge of basics of US Banking, Transactions, Item Processing.
• Good hands-on experience in XML scripting is must.
• Knowledge and good understanding of XML based Application
• Experience in Gathering and elicitation of Requirements Documents for Signature projects.
• Having good and comprehensive knowledge of Signature application.

What would be great to have:

• Graduate or equivalent Degree in any stream. (Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or Business is preferred).

Working Hours (IST):

• 10:00AM to 6:00PM
• Monday through Friday
