  • We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing teams, preferably within startup environments.
  • Experience in the media/video industry is advantageous as we focus on delivering exceptional multimedia solutions.
  • You will play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and deploying scalable applications using modern technologies.
Responsibilities (Individual Contributor + Team Responsibilities)
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable applications utilizing Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Node.js, Express.js, React, AWS, GCP.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
  • Implement best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimization.
  • Drive continuous integration and deployment processes to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of software solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends, and actively contribute to technical discussions and decision-making processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Proven experience leading and managing teams.
  • Startup experience is highly desirable, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, Agile practices, and DevOps principles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
