This role ensures adoption of the agile model using standard toolsets and processes, identifies gaps in the system, and customizes a plan for their portfolio and drives adherence to compliance requirements.What you will do:As a Delivery Manager, you will manage one or more releases and release updates, typically to deliver a specific product or transformation via a cross-functional, highly skilled team. Youll be adept at delivering complex initiatives, breaking down barriers for your team and planning at both a high level and granular level with great attention to detail.

• Partner with Product, Technology and other stakeholders across the organization on the delivery of product features and value from strategic concept to fully delivered solution
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams in order to remove impediments and ensure that the product vision is delivered across all efforts (infrastructure, software, etc).
• Keep leadership informed of key issues that may impact completion, budget or other results that may limit the product delivery
• Help teams measure lead and cycle-time to see how long features take from concept to full delivery
• Focus 80% of time on managing the delivery process and 20% on documentation/administration
• Ensure delivery issues are analyzed and resolved in a timely fashion.
• Participate in maintenance window activities when necessary and make go/no go decisions
• Oversee delivery team activities and provide direction and guidance as needed to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries
• Align scope for delivery initiatives
• Develop deep application knowledge to understand the impact of work being done
• Supports and enables cross-functional team collaboration, communication & knowledge sharing.
• Works with leadership when changes in project scope, delivery or expense are required
• Champions engagement, collaboration, discipline, and transparency through ceremonies, process and coaching.
• Ensures alignment of portfolio delivery and release dates are met
• Ensures effective identification and visible risk mitigation and escalation practices and processes.
