We are looking for an experienced and motivated Tech Lead to join our dynamic development team at Qodequay Technologies. As a Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of developers, guiding them through the software development lifecycle, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for both technical leadership and hands-on development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the software development life cycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver robust and scalable web solutions.
• Design and architect software solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Hands-on development using a variety of technologies, with a focus on both front-end and back-end development.
• Implement best practices in coding, testing, and debugging to ensure the delivery of high- quality software.
• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of web applications, participating in DevOps activities as needed.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and performance optimization.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverable

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor a development team.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Experience with database management, particularly MongoDB.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Knowledge of web servers and deployment processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
