Augurs Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead specializing in PHP development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing web applications using PHP. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions that meet business objectives and user needs.


Requirements:


• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a Related Field (Preferred) Extensive experience in PHP development with a deep understanding of PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, and Yii.
• Demonstrated experience in leading development teams, including mentoring and managing team dynamics.
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and other SDLC methodologies to manage projects effectively.
• Ability to tackle complex problems, analyze solutions, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage various tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with cloud services enhances the capability to develop and deploy scalable applications.

Responsibilities:


• Lead the planning, design, development, testing, and deployment of PHP applications. Ensure projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.
• Work closely with design, QA, and product teams to ensure project success.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Supervise and guide a team of PHP developers, creating a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide mentorship and support to help team members grow and excel in their roles.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency. Offer constructive feedback and guidance to developers for continuous improvement.
• Accurately estimate the time, cost, and resources needed for projects. Ensure that projects stay within budget and are delivered on schedule.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management and development processes. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in PHP and related technologies. Apply new knowledge and techniques to improve our products and processes.
