Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in building and managing diverse web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies, capable of leading projects, and experienced in developing scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.

Key Responsibilities
Application Development: Build, maintain, and enhance scalable web and mobile applications using modern frameworks and tools.

End-to-End Development: Take ownership of the complete product lifecycle, from requirement gathering and system design to front-end, back-end, and database integration.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and stakeholders, to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Code Quality: Ensure the code base is clean, efficient, and maintainable by following
best practices, implementing testing frameworks, and conducting peer reviews.

Leadership: Lead teams in adopting the latest technologies, defining project road maps, and delivering high-quality results on time.

Technical Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure smooth application performance and user satisfaction.

Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers to foster growth and enhance team capabilities.

Required Skills:
Front-End Development: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, ReactJS, AngularJS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Back-End Development: Expertise in NodeJS and PHP, with a strong understanding of server-side technologies.

Database Management: Hands-on experience with MongoDB, MySQL, and DynamoDB, including query optimization and schema design.

Cloud & API: Proficiency in AWS services and RESTful API integration for scalable and secure applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?1,800,000.00 - ?2,200,000.00 per year
