Must have experience in leading and managing a team of Application support or SRE with skill set of Java, Production Support, Incident Management and Infrastructure Management (Preferred AWS).

Ability to work individually and in large teams as well to handle big complex projects.

Requirements

• Hands on experience in Monitoring applications
• Hands on experience in Production Support Java and microservice based applications
• Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shifts
• Object oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
• Good knowledge of Java, API, Microservices
• Knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL
• Experience in the Shell and Python scripting
• Exposure to Microservices, Docker and Jenkins
• Strong knowledge of New Relic or Dynatrace, Grafana, Kibana is mandate
• Strong analytical skills and good problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability in managing and communicating with internal as well as external stakeholders
• Should be a Quick Learner and Passionate about exploring and adoption of new Advanced technologies/methods. Should be a strong believer in self-exploration and self-learning.
• Mentor junior associates in the team
• Always interested in analyzing problems and working towards practical, relevant, workable and implementable solutions.



Reporting Skills :

• Hands on MS Excel
• Hands on JIRA & Confluence



Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Process oriented with great documentation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service.
