Urgent requirement for Tech Lead

Experience Required: 6-8 Years

Location: Gurgaon Type: Full-Time

Qualification :BTech/M. Tech/MCA in Computer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring high productivity and code quality.

Develop scalable solutions using Java, Spring, and basic front-end technologies (React or Angular).

Work with relational and NoSQL databases for effective data management.

Leverage AWS services to design robust applications

Collaborate with clients and team members for requirements gathering

and solution design.

Perform effort estimation, task allocation, and project planning.

Promote Agile practices and use tools like JIRA and Git.

Implement containerization using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes.

Apply basic knowledge of mobile application development (using React Native or native Android/iOS technologies) to guide cross-platform solutions.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and AWS.

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.

Familiarity with React or Angular and databases (MySQL, MongoDB).

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of GoLang is a plus.

Basic understanding of mobile application development using technologies like React Native, Swift (iOS), or Kotlin/Java (Android) is a plus.
