Tech Lead - DevOps-1DevOps Analyst 1Job Title: DevOps Engineer - LeadLocation: Bangalore, IndiaExperience: Proven experience of 7-10years as a DevOps Engineer.Job Summary: As a DevOps Engineer at the Manager level, you will lead a team of 1-2 engineers, managing and optimizing our infrastructure to support our global client base. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring the security of our systems. Your role will be crucial in driving efficiency, reliability, and scalability within our operations.Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 1-2 DevOps engineers, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring effective execution of tasks and projects.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee and optimize our cloud infrastructure using AWS, ensuring high availability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
• CI/CD Implementation: Design, implement, and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline software development and delivery processes.
• Configuration Management: Utilize tools such as Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) and Kubernetes for container orchestration to manage and deploy applications.
• Security Oversight: Implement and manage security measures across cloud platforms, applications, and pipelines to protect against vulnerabilities and threats.
• Client Interaction: Handle interactions with global clients or customers, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met effectively.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and other teams to align infrastructure and deployment strategies with business goals.
• Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, processes, and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in CI/CD practices and tools.
• Expertise in Terraform for infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Experience with security platforms related to cloud, application, or pipeline security.
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages, including Shell, Python or Golang.
• Client Interaction: Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with global clients or customers.
• Additional Points: Experience with datacenter operations & AWS Outpost is a plus.

• Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
