You will work with like minded talented engineers towards enriching the experience of our users and partners and report to Head of Engineering.What youll be doing:\xc2\xb7 Contribute to all aspects of the services under the teams ownership, which includes design, implementation, refactoring, automated testing, deployment, and uptime of the services.\xc2\xb7 Help other team members grow as engineers through code review, pairing, and mentoring.\xc2\xb7 Leading 1 or more scrum teams to design & deliver epics & stories the backlogs\xc2\xb7 Improve internal team processes by keeping what's working, throwing away what's not.\xc2\xb7 Help set the vision of the services under the team's ownership.\xc2\xb7 Help align the roadmap based on customer and company desires.\xc2\xb7 Build the technology the right way: for us, this means simple, well-tested services that gradually grow over time, and that provide plenty of insight into production performanceQualificationsWhat were looking for:\xc2\xb7 Being passionate about your craft and want to be surrounded by like-minded individuals\xc2\xb7 Ability to clearly communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.\xc2\xb7 Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment\xc2\xb7 Possess a good understanding of continuous delivery, writing unit tests and automated testing.\xc2\xb7 Prior experience delivering using Agile on at least 1 key projects.\xc2\xb7 Comfortable working at all tiers of modern applications, from the frontend all the way to the database.\xc2\xb7 Do TDD/BDD all day.\xc2\xb7 Enjoy working with any and all technologies like Java, Javascript, MySQL, Angular/React, Node, MongoDB and love playing around with AWS.\xc2\xb7 Must have a very strong knowledge of how the web works and how to make it efficient (HTTP, caching, page rendering, sockets, etc).\xc2\xb7 Must possess solid software development fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, problem solving, OO design, and system architecture).\xc2\xb7 Must have exposure to Microservice Architecture, Domain Driven Design, REST APIs, Single Page Applications\xc2\xb7 Care about great design, not only in the product and visual sense, but also in your code and technical architecture\xc2\xb7 Have experience managing Git and release workflow\xc2\xb7 Have a BE/Msc - Computer Science\xc2\xb7 Have a minimum 10+ years in Java/Javascript programming experience.Additional Information
