If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job Title Tech Lead, Application SpecialistAbout the Role:Successful candidates would be working in collaboration with Business Stakeholders and SMEs to provide administrative support to the business on tools and technology like ServicePoint, Client 360, SharePoint, Extranet, FI Community, etc. The primary responsibility would be Business Support, which includes but is not limited to resolving Inquiries in Client 360, responding to Incidents and Tasks in ServicePoint. This role would require interacting with business stakeholders and clients. Being in financial technology domain, the associate needs to maintain highest standards of application security practices and business validations as part of day to day work.Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and understand business problem/requirements.
  • Leverage thorough understanding of business and system processes to make recommendations and propose technical/non-technical solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Use a variety of industry standards/best practices/techniques to elicit requirements from the Business.
  • Manage and distribute daily work queues related to Inquiries/Incidents/Tasks/Deployments etc. in Client 360/ServicePoint for Business Support groups.
  • Update Business Support Dashboard for Leadership and Business Support Team.
  • Prepare training document and impart training related to ServicePoint/Client 360 for stakeholders and associates involved in ServicePoint/Client 360 activities/tasks.
  • Maintain Foundation Data in ServicePoint.
  • Review queries about report functionality in ServicePoint from Service Partners and other stakeholders.
  • Assist and guide in implementations and setting up of new clients.
  • Work on Publications in ServicePoint for Open Solution division.
  • Provide Tier 1 support to the users on FI Community portal.
  • Monitor, Deliver and Track HotFix via ServicePoint.
  • Review Knowledge Articles and ensure they comply with the requirements.
  • Develop and customize SharePoint sites.
  • Manage permissions for Extranet site.
  • Document, categorize and prioritize business, user and system requirements.
  • Review with the business stakeholders if needed to diagnose the issue.
  • Need to participate in end user training of the system.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Certifications: NA
  • Minimum # years experience required: Overall 6+ Years
  • Minimum # years experience required: Relevant 3+ Years
  • Type of work experience required:
  • Should have knowledge of training documentation.
  • Must have knowledge of ServicePoint (ServiceNow) and SharePoint.
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Must be self-directed and motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
