Do you have strong technical skills and experience in managing and deploying Smart AV solutions? If so, you could be the perfect fit for this role.You will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge Smart AV solutions that align with our global workplace strategy. You will work closely with our colleagues across multiple locations, understanding their needs and expectations, and providing them with solutions that not only meet but exceed their expectations. You will also collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment of the Smart AV solutions with other products such as O365, AppSpace etc.You will also act as a trusted advisor and technical expert for our colleagues, providing them with support and guidance on how to get the best from the Smart AV solutions. You will troubleshoot and resolve any complex issues that arise, as well as train and mentor the Managed Service Providers and employee experience team on how to use and maintain the solutions effectively.Key responsibilitiesBe responsible globally for the engineering and operation of Smart AV SolutionsExpertise on Smart AV with a proven track-record of designing complex environmentsYou will be working with colleagues to understand their business and technical requirements to design solutions to improve overall meeting room experience.Designing complex Smart AV solutions, leading work-streams on transformational programs and ensuring conformance to agreed design standards, methods, and tools, including prototyping new tools and applications where appropriate.Resolution ownership of technical challenges.Acting as a trusted advisor for our colleagues, translating centralised roadmap insight into colleague-specific impact avoidance and benefit realisation.Follow product management best practices with customer & consumer value at the heart of robust design & implementation decisions, to facilitate and drive a growth mindset.Qualifications and skillsEssentialAt least 10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 Architecture experience Designing, Implementing, Configuring, Testing, Smart AV Solutions.Experience in providing Tier2, Tier3 level of support to Smart AV Solutions.Work with external vendors to successfully manage the platforms.Understanding on Managing identity and access in the Microsoft Cloud \xe2\x80\x93 Azure and connecting services like directory services, application servers etcExperience with Teams, Exchange and Room booking system integrations, ideally AppspaceFluency with Security and compliance of SaaS platfroms.Scripting skills \xe2\x80\x93 PowerShellOutstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to describe complex & abstract technical concepts up to board level.Ability to influence outcomes and gain buy-in for new initiatives and ways of working.Effective product mindset, with capability to advocate and drive key product innovations or opportunities with the developer community.PreferredUnderstanding of networking connectivity including firewalls and DNS.Proven ability to work effectively in cross functional teams.Diversity, Equity and InclusionWe\xe2\x80\x99re striving to create a climate where we celebrate our diversity in all forms by treating each other with respect, listening to different viewpoints, supporting our communities, and creating a workplace where your authentic self belongs and thrives.We believe in an agile working culture for all our roles.
