Community Manager Job Title: Community Manager Job Summary: To act as a catalyst through building relationships that enable people to act together for the common good creating more resilient communities. Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Should be able to develop communities from scratch \xe2\x97\x8f Should be able to engage people from the very start of community \xe2\x97\x8f Should be able to source people from various communities and start building our own \xe2\x97\x8f Developing and adhering to a work plan for the community network. Understanding expectations and outcomes. \xe2\x97\x8f Designing, outreach, and implementation of monthly gatherings, following Community Network Building tools. \xe2\x97\x8f Bringing the most productive Project Managers to the enterprise through various tools, and culture-first platform approaches. \xe2\x97\x8f Using various tools to intelligently match the Project Managers with the companies that need them and is pioneering the use of data to understand and measure developer productivity. \xe2\x97\x8f Create an ecosystem of support that creates a Community instead of just a job board. \xe2\x97\x8f Ongoing and persistent relationship building with identified communities. \xe2\x97\x8f Intensive communication and dialogue amongst target groups with active networking. \xe2\x97\x8f Working with groups to identify opportunities for community initiatives and supporting resident leadership to implement the programs, activities, etc. This requires frequent, friendly, and direct follow-up. \xe2\x97\x8f Creating and implementing innovative strategies for engagement. Ideal Profile: \xe2\x97\x8f Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in community development or community organizing activities. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong understanding of the IT industry, market trends, and product knowledge. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent interpersonal communication skills \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to build and maintain relationships. \xe2\x97\x8f Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new business opportunities. \xe2\x97\x8f Should have proven experience in building tech communities. \xe2\x97\x8f Proven experience in community engagement and cross vendor hiring (this will be a plus). Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9800,000.00 - 91,000,000.00 per year Benefits:
