Responsible for our production infrastructure, including the servers and services which support our growing client base as well as designing and implementing highly scalable environments. This TA works with other teams in the organization and provides infrastructure solutions for their needs. Understands client systems and applications, networking, infrastructure, data centers, web tools and technologies, along with the below expectations Technical Architect within depth knowledge and significant experience on trouble shooting, problem solving, implementation and managing complex Citrix environment.
Review RCA related to critical incidents and problems.
Investigate reported findings for due diligence on current Citrix/XenApp Server environments.
Design and deployment of Citrix proof of concepts.
Experience in providing L3+ support on critical incidents and problems.
Implementation and migration experience with medium to large Citrix environments for enterprise customers.
Create technical documentation and publishing articles.
Define user needs, and provide input to functional design, testing, troubleshooting and basic system management and support
Assess risks and mitigation strategies within the technology architecture. Career Level - IC2

Perform deep drill down analysis into performance bottlenecks and provide necessary fixes. Bring in new ideas, change, evolve, improve and simplify the production infrastructure. Work closely with our development and research teams and provide customer friendly solutions and support. Responsible for working on the design, development, and/or deployment of enterprise supporting systems. Provide on-call support when needed.
