We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, analytics, and Tableau software. This role will be responsible for designing and developing interactive dashboards and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making within the organization.Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
Design and develop Tableau dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate insights from complex datasets.
Optimize dashboard performance and usability through data aggregation, blending, and efficient design.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and outliers, and provide actionable insights.
Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure data quality and integrity.
Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau usage and best practices.
Stay updated on the latest Tableau features, tools, and techniques to enhance data visualization capabilities.Qualifications:Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep Builder.
Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying.
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Tableau Desktop or Server certification is a plus.
