Job Description
:Teamcenter L3 OpsJob Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Kolkata / Noida/ Gurgaon / Pune / Indore / MumbaiRequirement:
- At least five (5) years of Siemens Teamcenter & CAD Operations experience
- Have solid support experience in SolidEdge, SolidWorks, NX, AutoCAD knowledge SolidEdge will be more important\xef\xbc\x89-- This is a must requirement.
- Have Teamcenter/CAD development experience will be preferred
- Have Teamcenter 13 experience will be preferred
- Have DevOps, ITIL knowledge will be preferred
- Have experience in working with global team
- Willing to take 7*24 shift (must requirement)
- Work as L2/L3 Teamcenter & CAD operation team member
- Resolve escalated incidents from L1
- Resolve escalated requests from L1
- Resolve problem record
- Follow incidents, request and problem management experience
- Proactively explore automation initiatives
- Work with dev and testing team members following DevOps model
