General Information:

As a Teamcenter Administrator and Technical Writer (INOPC), you shall be primarily responsible for NXTC Support and Training for HVDC users world-wide. You shall be able to meet current and future Support, Training and Technical documentation, as below.

Business Information:

The Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) is a competence center with around 1500 skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, functional system testing, installation supervision and commissioning. The INOPC team at Chennai supports Hitachi Energy\xe2\x80\x99s units in more than 40 countries across a wide portfolio of all the four business units in Power Grid business. To date, the team has executed engineering and commissioning for projects in more than 80 countries.

HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) is a product group in Hitachi Energy, which develops, manufactures and sells DC transmission systems on a global market. HVDC technology is used to transmit electricity over long distances and for power transmission via submarine cables. It is also used to connect power systems.

Your Responsibilities:

Responsible for Application Administration

Responsible for application documentation

Responsible for writing technical documentation.

User license and access management.

Solving and managing support tickets.

Support and train our global users and Power users.

Reporting and collaborate with 3d-line support (application suppliers ISIT etc..).

Arranging User and Power User meetings.

Your Background:

Education Qualification: B.Tech/ B.E. degree in any discipline.

Should have minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in the Teamcenter application and have been working with Teamcenter at least for 5 years.

Should have skills in NX including integration to Teamcenter.

Must have good writing and documentation skills.

You have a high level of integrity and dependability.

You are driven, self-motivated with a creative mindset and great collaborative skills, you listen and evaluate ideas and communicate improvements and development opportunities.

Have good pedagogical qualities.
