Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Team Process Coordinator to oversee the daily operational activities of our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring agent log-in times, maintaining leave records, and facilitating effective communication between agents and clients. This role requires excellent coordination, time management, and communication skills to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure teams's daily productivity
• Ensure Smooth connect with client
• Ensure timely review meets
• Prepare regular & daily reports
• Collaborate with Trainer/ sales team for process on boarding & continuation
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and operational protocols.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a coordination or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and other reporting tools.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
