• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Plans and facilitates new hire training, refresher trainings and compliance based functional training to new and existing officers /employees.
• Plan and Conduct Refresher on predetermined frequencies and ensure accuracy and effectiveness of training
• Drive sales targets and implementation of sales strategies devised for process.
• Conduct OJT and provide Coaching / Feedback and supervision during this period to the new hires.
• Monitor calls on functional and behavioral parameters.
• Has handled Nesting & OJT batches
• Excellent coaching and mentoring techniques
• Is able to identify Training needs based on call evaluation/ gap in product and process understanding
• Travel if required to complete the NHT batch in other location ( Thane/Hyd/Bangalore )
Cross skill of Trainers with other skill (CC/RA/NRC/RL/Privy)

Candidate Profile
• Minimum education - Graduate or Post Graduate
• Training preferably in a bank's Customer Contact Center/ Call Center with relevant experience in Retail Liabilities/Credit Cards in Sales and Quality
• Must have excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Having a team handling experience would be desirable
• Experience in Retail Banking preferable
