. Analyzing the real estate securities being offered for lending in terms of the potential risks, advantages / disadvantages. . Auditing of external vendor valuation reports and maintaining quality of external vendor reports. . Monitoring / Ratifying Project valuations (both bank internal and external vendors) . Monitoring credit risks in terms of the banks real estate portfolio. . Providing professional technical support to the various verticals of the bank. . Undertaking independent valuation work. Experience: . BE Civil or Architect, with 10 to 15 years of experience in real estate valuations (within reputed private valuation firms or banks or nbfcs) . Well versed with valuation methodologies. . Acquainted with the real estate market regulatory norms and developments. . Acquainted with technical due diligence of under construction projects.
