:Job Role :-The candidate should be conversant with bye-laws of NCR locationsStudying various approvals necessary for construction of RE projects & comment on themDiscussions with clients for understanding of the projectMeeting industry players to keep himself updated on current market trendsAnalysis of data & thereby assessing the impact on our lendingUpdating senior management on news that might impact the Industry or our BusinessReview of portfolio - Updating progress, market trends/ amendment in byelaws impacting our portfolioVendor Management - Audit, empanelment, renewal & termination of vendorsJob Requirements :-Experience - 10 - 12 years in valuation & due diligence in real estate (RE) lending Business, preferably in NCR.Experience in RE construction domain will be an added advantageQualification - B.Tech in Civil EnggEye For detail
