  • Daily review of pending complaints beyond a specified timelines and takes responsibility of getting complaints closed
  • Monitoring and driving closure of complaints to ensure improvement in TAT adherence%
  • Collaboration with cross functional teams to zeroise pendency leading to improvement in TAT
  • Ensure that all cases which are breaching or going to breach the TAT gets closed within defined timelines
  • Daily follow up with all respective stakeholders to ensure that cases gets resolved within prescribed TAT
  • 3 - 5 years of work experience in Customer Service, Business or Operations
  • Domain knowledge of Consumer Banking products and operational processes
  • Good collaboration skills to engage with Business and Cross Functional Teams
  • Self-starter & target oriented mindset
  • Good communication skills
