Ideate, plan and execute new product launches across all platforms- ATL, BTL etc
Events
Ideation and end-to-end execution of events at a national or regional level
Innovative ideas of connecting with TG at these events
Liaison with event management agencies / Bankers / vendors etc
Ideate, plan and execute for new client acquisition and engagement with existing clients
Digital & Social
Support product teams for end to end launch and support of key digital projects /app development/communication plan etc
Building a strong presence of the brand and key leaders across social platforms
Managing content regularly and updating the website and social media platforms with out of box campaign ideas
Product and Marketing communication
Work with cross functional teams and assist in providing marketing support with the help of product / service collaterals , developing new product proposition
Ensure updating of brochures, presentations, online content
Competition tracking
Media & PR
Liaise with PR team to drive launch and coverage for specific launches, events etc
Ensure consistent media coverage for key stakeholders identified
Regular reporting to the group marketing team and coordination w.r.t award entries submission, report submissions
Internal communication
Designing and executing various internal communication materials, awards support to HR etc
Marketing Campaign
Assist in the research work for the advertising campaign or other need based projects
Assist in coordinating with advertising agencies on the creative
Assist in coordinating with group marketing / media agencies for planning / buying
Alliances
Plan and ideate various initiatives and tie-ups with luxury brands
Management of Concierge
Timely budgeting process, expense tracking and vendor payments
Skills required * Creative bent of mind/able to ideate and innovate
Good communication and aesthetic sense
Digital & social expertise (SEO, SEM, Perf marketing etc)
End to end campaign & event execution
Sound marketing fundamentals
Strong interpersonal skills
Fluency and command over English
Basic IT skills
Ability to multi-task, strong sense of urgency of timelines (agility), demonstrable desire to work hard and accept new challenges, strong work ethic, effective people skills and the ability to work in a diverse team
Understanding of financial markets is at best an advantage. It is by no means a requirement. Greater value is placed on willingness to learn, creativity, people skills and a strong work ethic
Requirement * Minimum 10-12 years of experience (preferably an MBA)
