We are looking for a candidate to manage warehouse operations, including receipt, issuance, and reconciliation of raw and packaging materials. Responsibilities involve preparing GRN, ensuring compliance with QMS (Quality Management System) activities, overseeing dispensing activities, managing equipment operations and cleaning, and handling various warehouse-related tasks.Roles & Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for receipt, issuance, storage & reconciliation of Raw & Packaging materials.
  • You will be responsible for preparation of GRN and affixing of identification of Labels, closure of quality/cGMP non-compliance observations, and maintaining discipline on the shop floor.
  • You will be responsible for Warehouse QMS-related activities (Change control, Incident, CAPA, DOCHUB, iSlate, I-create & Pas-x).
  • Your responsibilities include operation and follow-ups of all dispensing activities, operation and cleaning of all equipment, document issuance and retrieval, Finished Goods related activities, and area cleaning and inspections.
  • You will be responsible for attachments of PAS|X documents, handling LMS activities, and managing other responsibilities given by department head/designee.
  • Your role involves Calibration of weighing balances, calibration schedule update to the team, and Time & Date synchronization of equipment in the warehouse.
QualificationsEducational qualification: A Bachelor's or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum work experience: 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in warehouse management, with a focus on material handling, quality management systems, and regulatory complianceSkills & attributes:Technical Skills
  • Expertise in handling all aspects of material receipt, issuance, storage, and reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in Warehouse QMS-related activities, including Change control, Incident, CAPA, DOCHUB, iSlate, I-create, and Pas-x.
  • Experience in the calibration of weighing balances, updating calibration schedules, and ensuring equipment synchronization.
  • Experience in the operation, cleaning, and calibration of warehouse equipment, including weighing balances.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality and cGMP standards, closure of non-compliance observations, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Behavioural Skills
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating and maintaining discipline on the shop floor.
  • Effective problem-solving skills for closure of non-compliance observations and addressing dispensing activities.
  • Attention to detail for preparation of GRN, labeling, document issuance and retrieval, and maintaining discipline on the shop floor.
  • Proficiency in managing calibration schedules, time & date synchronization of equipment, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
