• Should have strong understading of Visual Inspection process and able to handle shift activties
• Must have sound knowledge on trouble shooting of AVI and leak testing machines.
• Should be able assess safety related risks & drives implementation of procedures to ensure safe working environment.
• Implement safety precautions during material handling (MSDS)
• Shoul maintain manufacturing process area and environmental monitoring standards and adheres to process consistently while demonstrating ability to perform operations
• Should be able demonstrates ability to clean / sterilize equipments and changeovers without supervision.
• Identify gaps for improvement of machine efficiency and provides OJT to the New joiners on equipment operations and cleaning
• Adhere to basic GMP requirements as per written procedures and can explain & follow ALCOA+
• Analyze the interpretation of the opportunities and suggests any changes if required.
