Job Role: Team Member Retail Asset and TPP content Department HO & SUPPORT- RA Training Team Location Mumbai Number of Positions 01 Reporting Relationships Manager Position Grade M3 Job Role: Basic understanding of all Retail Assets products, both Fund Based and Non Fund Based, secured, unsecured, and products like Home Finance, Personal Loan, Credit Cards, Working Capital lending, Business Loans, Consumer Durables, Loan against Securities and others. Needs to assimilate Process Release / Notifications of Retail Assets and policies for preparing contents to be uploaded used for trainings across Business Loans and Health Care Finance. Emphasise and drive the importance of Life Insurance and General Insurance products, should have dealt with these 2 products as part of sales team, product team, training team, operations team or support teams. Penchant for Learning and use the latest tools of Learning & Development. Proficiency in MS Excel for data cuts and other analytical requirements. Able to comprehend long statements/ processes and prepare bullet points for execution Liaise with respective stakeholders of Product / Credit / Business / BSG Team for getting user guides on applications and prepare step-by-step flowchart which has to be implemented by trainers Tech savvy with understanding of logical workflow to design the contents (on Business Loans and Health Care Finance) suitable for end user. Should have some exposure of trainings are conducted, should be able to travel across locations and conduct physical trainings. Possess the requisite Soft-skill / Inter-personal skill expertise. Job Responsibilities: Ensuring the complete Asset Related MOPP / Policies are made available to training team Recurring updates of relevant contents, based on changes, if any, in MOPP / policies on a regular basis Preparation of database of contents to be uploaded and keeping track of MIS Regularly interact with RA Service Team, to understand the new requirements and prepare content for trainings of ground teams. Follow-up with all stakeholders like product teams, training teams, other lines of business to check adaptability of the content prepared, else work towards modifying them within TAT to ensure final outcome helps all participants in better skilling and quality of business input. Job Requirement: Graduate OR Post Graduate MBA (Finance) Proficiency in English for content writing and MS - Excel Should have atleast 2 years of experience in Credit (OR) Customer Service of Asset clients (or) product/training/ sales teams of retail/wholesale asset customers and TPP products.
