Position: Team Member - TrademarksExperience: Minimum 2/4 years of relevant experience.Location: Sun HouseEducation: Graduate in B.A. or B.Com, LL.B & computer literate.Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, Good team playerJOB DESCRIPTION: * Conducting domestic and overseas Trademark Searches and sharing opinion to the stakeholders
- Online filing of trademark applications (wherever we can file Inhouse).
- Scrutiny of Bills/ Invoices and Expenses management
- Communication with Local attorneys and Stake holders.
- Briefing / coordinating external Counsels/ Attorney\'s globally.
- Drafting letters/ Legal notices.
- Screening of Trademark Journals, various database, online portals for checking conflicting trademarks (globally/domestic).
- Develop strategies for effective Litigation management and risk mitigation.
- Attending personal hearings before Trademark and Registrar of Companies and
- Preparing and updating case summaries, Record keeping and database management and other duties, as assigned.
- Travelling within and out of Mumbai for trademark related works.
