Department Risk Management - SMS Team
Location Mumbai
Role
• Designing framework for monthly MIS and QC for SMS activities
• Preparation and submission of various MIS reports related to the function
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of MIS reports.
• Ensure proper checks and controls are in place to maintain accuracy of all MIS.
• Ensure smooth functioning and proper monitoring of team through process improvements and automation.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders like business units, BSG teams, IT teams for relevant system reports.
• Designing of MIS framework to ensure minimal manual effort with accurate and timely reports of high quality.
• Timely escalation to respective BSG teams of all system issues and regular tracking and MIS thereof

Years of Work Exp At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in MIS and Reporting
Qualifications Graduation - Post graduation preferred
Functional Skill Sets
Excellent skills in MS-Excel
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Thorough overall understanding of banking
Ability to set priorities on a daily basis
Technical capabilities include: MS-Office specially MS-Excel, coding knowledge in SQL/R/Python is added advantage
