:KMBL - Wholesale Banking - Team Member - Operations (WISE)Grade: M3/M4| Location: Hyderabad I Job ID: 165074Job role\xc2\xb7Handling Account Opening, Account maintenance, Term deposit requests, CMS setup documentation (new clients/modification for existing clients),escrow accounts creation, handling CMS client queries etc, through client interaction.\xc2\xb7Ensuring delivery of quality service to clients\xc2\xb7Ensuring customer requests/queries are attended to and resolved within TAT\xc2\xb7Coordination with stakeholders like RPC, CMS Setup, CMS Ops, PSM, RM,\xc2\xb7LCC, BSG, IT etc. to speed up customer requests and resolve issuesJob requirements
- Should have knowledge about Nodal Account/ Escrow Account
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Should have eye for detail & be meticulous
- Strong communication (Oral and Written) & Networking Skills
