- Participate in data collection, analysis, and interpretation using statistical and qualitative methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the identification of research needs and the design of research studies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other communication channels for research findings.
- Stay informed about the latest research methodologies, technologies, and industry trends.
- Provide support in the development of research proposals, protocols, and data collection instruments.
- Collaborate with team members to manage relationships with external research partners, academic institutions, and industry experts.
- Participate in the ongoing learning and development activities within the Research Department.
- Necessary: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Public Health, or a related discipline.
- Desired: Development Sector
- Necessary: Minimum 7-10 years of social sector experience
- Desired: Experience of implementing large scale development projects
