Job Description

• Ensure the Filling and packing for anesthetics filled bottles for different regulatory and customer requirements.

• Line clearance in bottling plant activities.

• QA activities including review of BMR, BFR, BPR, quality systems and packaging materials related to Anesthetic Bottling.

• Routine testing required for in process of bottling activities.

• Handling of control samples management.

• Collection of in process / finished product and customer samples.

• Collection and trending of data for APQR.

• Routine plant rounds for quality checks in API plants and bottling plant.

• Handling of document in Archival room.

• Issuance and control of formats and batch records.

• Checking and review of Batch Manufacturing records & batch filling records and Batch packing records.

• Comply with SHE Guidelines, SHE Rules and Regulations Comply with usage of PPE wherever applicable.

• Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive actions immediately.

• Report any incident/accident/ near miss/ illness to the superiors.

• Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to superiors.

• And any other job as may be assigned to you from time to time.

• Also responsible for the work of his senior in the absence of senior.
