Role and Responsibilities: Vendor identification and evaluation. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing. Track orders and ensure timely delivery ensuring quality of purchased products. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices in the internal system (SAP).Good hands on exposure on SAP and supply chain softwares. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses. Good Hands on experience on Commodity Purchase,preferably sugar purchase. Good Hands on experience on CAPEX Purchase. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage. Keep updated on the commodity price market particularly on the sugar future. Good exposure in domestic logistics(Road transportation of goods). Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in any specialisation. Essential: Vendor Management Understanding of purchasing software (e.g. Procurify or SpendMap) Understanding of supply chain procedures Analytical skills Negotiation skills SAP working knowledge Desirable: Decision making skills Work Experience: Bachelor\'s degree in any specialisation or Diploma in Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience in FMCG/pharmaceutical/nutritional operations.
