Job Description
:Product BSG / Product Support Function - Consumer DurablesJob Role:
- Work as support function between business and IT.
- Attending queries raised by ground teams.
- Providing effective solution for resolving any system issue raised by business.
- Monitoring various integrations related to outbound API integrations.
- Raising P1 production issues with L1 & L2 support for quick resolution.
- Closing Tickets/Queries raised by Application users on ticketing tools and Social media groups.
- Work closely with BSG for closure of ongoing system bugs.
- Performing UAT sanity testing for newly developed functionalities before production deployment.
- Qualification - Graduate / MBA / BCA / MCA
- Minimum 2 years work experience in Customer service
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Understanding of IT systems.
- Strong on Integrity and open to new roles/ responsibilities.
