• Anchor and drive strategic projects as part of GMO finance business partnering
• Drive governance of Operational Excellence initiatives for Productivity Unlock and Value realization
• Partnering with the Quality Function for various business initiatives, debottlenecking of processes, FP&A and driving reviews
• Perform Peer analysis & provide meaningful actionable insights in order to improve performance of GMO.
• Partner in spend analytics and aid in value discovery, identify opportunities and drive value realization from such opportunities.
• Engage and drive process improvement projects across Finance touchpoints
• Assist in the creation of metrics to monitor performance, operational improvements and financial benefit
• Create governance models/forums and monitor adherence to plan to ensure seamless execution and Value realization
• Challenge leaders as necessary to develop an action-based culture of continuous improvement and accountability to improve key metrics.



Qualifications Qualification: MBA (Finance/Operations) from a premier B-School

Experience: 4-6 years preferably from Pharma/FMCG/Other Manufacturing business
