New Initiatives & Project Management and Execution :
Identifying newer requirements or strategies for business growth and executing them end to end.
Streamlining existing processes or ideating newer ones for improvement of TATs and improving RM efficiency
Planning contests and trainings for RMs across different products as per the requirement
Structuring events for existing or new customers for brand promotion and visibility within the organization and externally
Creating and updating business and product pitch books, flyers and presentations to be used in acquisition and alliances
Channel Management & Business Support :
External Channels - Connecting with external stakeholders like Fintechs, PE, VCs, Accelerators, Incubation Centres, International Commerce Chambers, etc for establishing relations and lead generation for the business team to work upon
Internal Channels - Liaising with all internal verticals across Kotak group generating TPP income via our references and generation of leads for acquisition.
Strengthening the tie ups with existing internal teams - Corp Sal, Privy, Wealth, WCG, SME
Closely work with analytics team on different projects as needed by the business
Responsible for ensuring the referral income budget achievements
Supporting the Business Head and Senior Team :
One point connect for the business with BIU for any data flow either way
Prepare discussion documents, presentations, reports and dashboard
Working closely with Regional Head/ Team leads for regular MIS / Updates and timely submission of the same to BH
Plan senior management reviews and present analysis on different product / parameters
Ensuring weekly updates and calls on all important products/parameters
Incharge for Balance Sheet and P&L assessment and correctness
Responsible for collation of KRA data, vetting and publishing it via BIU within timelines
Build KRAs, incentive structures, budget planning and Monthly DIPs
Monitoring, validating and presenting data / MIS by product champions/ regional spocs
