Job Description
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, efficient service.
Order Taking and Cash Handling: Accurately take customer orders and handle cash and card transactions using the POS system.
Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages (including coffee, tea, and smoothies) and food items (such as pastries, sandwiches, and salads) according to cafe standards.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu and be able to make recommendations to customers.
Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning tables, counters, and equipment. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Stock Management: Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and communicating inventory needs to the manager.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations and a positive work environment.
Problem Solving: Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues to the manager when necessary.

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
