Purpose of Role
To Participate into Reasearch & Development projects or developement activity to meet organization\'s goal.
Educational Qualification
M.Sc (Organic Chemistry)
Experience in (In Years)
Having approx 2 To 5 years of experience.
Key Responsibility Areas
- To carry out lab/pilot batches to develop the product and also perform Raw material, In-process and finished product
- Customized sample preparation for different customers as per their need and submit samples in a given time line. Also participate in
- Coordinates with the team members, inter department for troubleshooting to resolve quality issues, Conduct trials for process optimization
- Ensure good housekeeping as per 5S systems and good manufacturing practices in the R & D section
- Enrolls for relevant learning / development programs to bridge competency gaps and provide training to contract manpower
- Perform the task assigned by the supervisor or management for any other job roles and responsibilities as per business needs plus
