:Process OverviewGlobal Operations is responsible for integrated operations delivery across multiple lines of businesses of Bank of America across the globe. Prominent businesses supported include Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Corporate and Commercial Banking, and Capital Markets.Associate will report to a Process Supervisor in back-office/middle-office delivery environment.

• Day-to-day processing of simple to complex transactions as per standard operating procedures.
• Deliver on individual targets & contribute towards team KPIs/KRIs metrics.
• Support all additional activities performed in the team which are part of wider initiatives.
• Knowledge of the department's or business unit's functional operations and a working knowledge of bank policies, programs, procedures and financial practices.
• Work effectively in a team & collaborate with all stakeholders.
• Seek to advance knowledge and improve skills leveraging various inhouse domain & process trainings.
• Flexible to work across rotating work shifts aligned to the supported business geographies.
