We are looking for a skilled professional to operate our Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems, driving optimization, cost reduction, and environmental impact mitigation. Your role involves analysing system performance, proposing enhancements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, making a significant contribution to sustainability efforts and ESG initiatives within the organization.Roles & Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of and implementing Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems, processes, and technologies.
• You will analyze the performance of ZLD systems, monitoring key metrics and identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• You will propose and implement new improvements in the ZLD process aimed at reducing treatment costs, enhancing efficiency, and minimizing environmental impact.
• You will be responsible for identifying and raising new capital expenditure (Capex) requirements for upgrading ZLD infrastructure, equipment, and technologies.
• Acting as a knowledge resource, you will drive Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) ambassador training programs within the organization.
• You will also monitor and manage Air Quality Monitoring Stations (AQMS) and Online Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (OCEMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and environmental requirements.

QualificationsEducational qualification: A B.Tech.Minimum work experience: 5 to 10 yearsSkills & attributes:Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) principles, technologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance evaluation techniques to assess ZLD system efficiency and effectiveness.
• Familiarity with wastewater treatment processes, including evaporation, reverse osmosis, crystallization, and filtration.
• Knowledge of environmental monitoring systems, including Air Quality Monitoring Stations (AQMS) and Online Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (OCEMS).

Behavioural skills

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address challenges in ZLD performance and operation.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
