We are looking for a detail-oriented engineering team member to coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, manage breakdown records, and ensure adherence to SOPs, critical for maintaining operational efficiency and equipment reliability. This role plays a pivotal part in inventory control, and CAPA closure, contributing to seamless production operations, compliance with regulatory standards, and effective resource utilization.Roles & Responsibilities * Responsible for perform regular tests to new and existing electrical systems, equipment, and machinery, both to spot potential problems and to ensure that systems are operating at their highest possible levels of functionality

  • Responsible for provide regular scheduled electrical mechanical repair, installation, prevention and inspection work.Responsible for implementation of preventative and predictive maintenance strategies for electrical equipment/panel.Initiates and carries out projects to improve efficiency or reduce operating costs.
  • Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters; such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance, downtime, etc.
  • Responsible for drawing up project plans, making circuit diagram for high voltage & low voltage electrical equipment/Panel.
  • Responsible for maintaining the HT/LT system.
  • Responsible for electrical compliance audits.
  • Responsible for troubleshoot malfunctions of any electrical system must make inspections and assess potential problems, and recommend changes or upgrades to electrical systems to increase productivity and functionality.Follow up with service provider for servicing of utility & electrical machines covered under AMC & renewal of AMC.Responsible for repair Electrical Systems and act quickly to make on-the-spot repairs when electrical systems and machinery malfunction.
  • Responsible for all the activities is being carried out as per SOP, safety and GMP standards.
  • Responsible for operation, breakdown, preventive maintenance, modification & improvements projects in engineering.
  • Responsible for timely closure of all (safety as well as Quality) CAPA.
  • Follow up with purchase for spares and Services.
  • Providing various services required for all departments.
  • To ensure the availability of vendors for routine works and smooth operation.
  • Responsible for verifying the measurements sheets/ service reports of all vendors.
  • Continuous efforts for energy conservation towards natural resources as well as artificial.
  • Responsible for QMS, DOCHUB and all documents related activities in engineering department.
  • Responsible for payment of electrical bills & other document with in time.
  • Responsible for raising PR, making service entry & submission of invoices.
  • Follow up with vendor & SCM for releasing PO, payment of invoices & develop new vendor.
QualificationsEducational qualification: A Diploma or a B.Tech (Electrical).Minimum work experience: 10 to 15 yearsSkills & attributes:Technical Skills
  • Knowledge and experience in handling electrical maintenance, preventive maintenance, equipment breakdown maintenance, and predictive maintenance.
  • Experience in troubleshot and breakdown management of machines and equipment.
  • Experience in managing preventive maintenance plans.
  • Ability to manage maintenance budget of an area/unit.
  • Knowledge of GMP and GEP.
